We’ve had a very busy weekend with lots of racing. On Friday we had a fantastic day out at Chester with Lycett Racing. The rain did come, but 30 minutes earlier would have helped! HAVEYOUMISSEDME ran a blinder to get a brilliant 5th in the 4.55pm Chester Plate under Andrew Mullen. We are all absolutely delighted. Hannah had him looking a million dollars. He is pictured below pre race!
On Saturday, Lindsay headed to Hexham with ANIMORE and Ailsa and Sam headed with Owners Groups, PEARL WARRIOR to Thirsk. ANIMORE ran a fantastic race under Conor O’Farrell for 4th in the 3.05pm for a very delighted Mrs Tullie! PEARL WARRIOR was 6th in the 8.05pm under Andrew Mullen for Owners Group. We are very much looking forward to meeting all of his owners on Wednesday!
Yesterday was spent at Hamilton with 5 runners, 4 jockeys and 3 members of staff. An exciting day for Dom as he led up his first IJR runner. He is pictured below leading up FLORIDA FILLY in the 3.50pm.
We had two runners in the first; SPREZZATURA, ridden by Andrew Mullen and FLORIDA FILLY ridden by Jamie Gormley who both ran respectable races. SPREZZATURA ran yet another cracker to finish in the top 4 again. A cracking horse for The Strattonites. JUMP THE GUN was next up in the 4.48pm under Lewis Edmunds for Let’s Be Lucky Racing; an unfortunate result for him but I am sure we will see some results from him soon! ST ANDREW’S CASTLE was in the 5.48pm under Andrew Mullen for Iain Jardine Racing Club. He has done a lot of growing since last season and we are very excited to get him going again! Our final runner of the day was Zuraig, ridden by Oisin McSweeney in the 6.45pm Apprentice Handicap who ran his first race back on the flat for us after a couple of hurdle debuts! A lovely horse for The Cricketers.

Over the weekend we also turned out the NH boys; COOL MIX, GOLD DES BOIS, CALL ME HARRY, VOIX DU REVE and DUNNET HEAD in the summer turnout field for some chill time. They were all very happy to get out. Video can be found on our Instagram page!
