We had another fantastic evening yesterday, this time at Hamilton with some great results. First up was MOONSTONE BOY who ran a cracker to win the 5.30pm under Shay Farmer for J Scott & D Stone. Absolutely delighted with this! A great ride from Shay. Huge well done to his owners.
TABAGO MOON made his racecourse debut in the 6pm for D Stone & J Scott and finished a very respectable 4th under Andrew Mullen! A very good result indeed.
PADDY THE SQUIRE ran a great race after almost a year of the track, to be beaten by a short head for 2nd under Andrew Mullen in the 7pm, for owner Ian Jones. A result we are all happy with!
CATHERINE CHROI & JUMP THE GUN both ran well in the 7.30pm. CATHERINE CHROI is a consistent wee mare who never fails to disappoint and finished 7th, under Mohammed Tabti in a very competitive 6f handicap. She was only beaten 2 lengths, and JUMP THE GUN only finished a length behind her.
LUNACY was our final runner of the night and finished 4th in the 8pm, with some improved form, seeing as he ran only 3 days ago at Ayr. A great night had by all.
A special night for Kiera, who led her first winner back into the winners enclosure. Having worked for us at the weekends and school holidays, Kiera has now joined the team full time this summer. What a time to do it! Her smile said it all last night.
