It was the first run of the season for most of yesterday’s runners. They will all improve greatly from their runs and I’m sure we will get some good results from them all mid season! It is very early in the flat and equally the summer jumping season to be expecting big runs from them already. I have targets in mind for each horse that they will now all work towards.
We had a couple of results that we were absolutely delighted with! A fantastic run and result from HALF SHOT in the 2.25pm at Kelso. He made his stable debut for his new owners, The Farming Army, to get a very respectable 3rd under Conor O’Farrell. Some very happy owners indeed. A very promising horse for the season ahead. He looked a picture! ANIMORE ran very well too in the 4.10pm for her owner Mrs Tullie to finish 6th after her 5 month break. Anther fantastic ride from Conor and most certainly a run that she will improve from as the season progresses.
