We started the week well with a couple of good results at Musselburgh yesterday. Jimmy Fyffe’s HI MEH DARLING finished the bridesmaid again but she’s a consistent 2yo and her day will come.
Mrs Macpherson’s 2yo MONICA made her debut finishing 3rd. She’s a well bred 2yo by the popular Havana Gold (I have a few in the yard), she showed professionalism and promise and has an exciting future.
I feel we are nearing the end of “our summer”, these 20+ temps can’t hold out, we are in desperate need of rain. On the plus side we’ve made some beautiful hay for the holiday horses in winter.
