We had a great day yesterday at Ayr for day 2 with a winner! The good old MERRCOURT delivered a win in the 8.30pm under Andrew Mullen for his owner, Mr Allan McLuckie. He ran a gamely race and stayed on well thanks to a good ride from Andrew. A fantastic picture of him below taken by Grossick Photography. We also had two 4th’s courtesy of RAINS OF CASTAMERE in the 5.40pm and ROSE BANDIT in the 8pm. There was something not quite right with MATTI in the 7.25pm so Andrew sensibly PU and hacked her home. She is fine this morning and under veterinary investigation.
