Wow! What a day we had yesterday! Some of our best results for a while. It was lovely to be back into the winners enclosure… twice! Lots of happy owners too!
MINTNTHAT was our first winner of the day in the 3.48pm at Ayr for the Iain Jardine Racing Club. A fantastic ride from Andrew Mullen as they led from start to finish! An absolutely great result and lovely to see the result pay off for his very patient owners who were all extremely delighted as you can see in the pictures below! The second leg of our double was from the lovely INNSE GALL who won at his owner Mr C. H. McGhie’s local track, Carlisle in the 6.05pm. A great ride from Nicola Currie and absolutely delighted for Hal McGhie getting such a fantastic result. Massive well done to him. Fantastic pictures of him below courtesy of Grossick Photography.
We also picked up various other fantastic results. A 3rd courtesy of GIVE GRACE in the 1.48pm at Ayr. She ran a cracker under Andrew Mullen and was unfortunately just beaten to the post in the photo finish! Regardless we are delighted with her result. The game KATS BOB ran another cracker for 4th in the 8.45pm at Carlisle for his owners, Castle Construction. A super little horse. Finally, we picked up two 5th’s courtesy of KAZE WO ATSUMETE, owned by Mrs K Mowat and ABOLISH, owned by Lycett Racing.
We have no runners today but have 4 at Newcastle tomorrow. The rest of the week is extremely busy with various different race meets such as Newcastle, Ayr, Doncaster, Musselburgh, Haydock, Thirsk and Redcar!
