A Busy Weekend!

It was a big day yesterday for IJR’s very own, Hannah Crawford as she rode her first ride under rules at Hamilton. I was absolutely delighted when Hannah decided to take out her Amateur licence and am really looking forward to offering her lots of opportunities.

We had 4 runners who all headed to Hamilton yesterday, 2 of which being in the 5.50pm Amateur Jockey’s race. Hannah rode GISELLES IZZY, for Sons of Stirling and finished a very impressive 3rd, and Ailsa McClung rode ZEGOS SURPRISE for the Iain Jardine Racing Club and finished 7th. Happy for both girls and delighted to give them this opportunity. BOROUGH ran a cracker and finished a very good 2nd under Jason Hart, for owners Alison Walker and Sarah Cousins.

We have no runners today but have an extremely busy weekend ahead of us with runners at York, Aintree, Hexham and Uttoxeter. Wishing all of our owners the very best of luck!
