Morning! We have been quiet this week on the blog front, however very busy behind the scenes. Today we were lucky enough to have Brian Hughes in to school our jumpers, whilst also having Andrew Mullen in to ride the flat horses.
We were delighted on Sunday with RAVENSCRAIG CASTLE who eventually got his victory, 4 years later, at Perth under a fantastic ride from William Maggs. A huge congratulations to all connections, and credit to his owners for being so incredibly patient and believing in him all the way. His number one fan, Lindsay, was delighted to be there to lead him into the winners enclosure too!
Otherwise we have had good results from lots of horses. HALF SHOT ran well on Sunday at Perth too for 3rd under Nathan Moscrop, for The Farming Army. He is such a consistent horse. Monday saw us with two 2nds at Ayr courtesy of SUPERIOR COUNCIL, ridden by Greg Fairley, for Mr Graham Gibson, and ELEMENTAL EYE, ridden by Jack Nicholls, for The Cricketers. And yesterday we picked up two thirds at Hamilton, thanks to the Iain Jardine Racing Club’s GISELLES IZZY (pictured), ridden by Paul Mulrennan, and CRYSTAL GUARD, ridden by Mohammed Tabti, and owned by Lets be Lucky Racing.

We have a quieter day tomorrow with no runners, however it is Workday so we will work most of the horses round the grass. Sunday we head to Redcar with one runner for The Cricketers, ahead of a very busy beginning of the week next week at Ayr, Cartmel, Musselburgh and Doncaster.
