Yesterday we were at two meetings; Haydock and Carlisle. NEVER DARK finished 7th in the 3.10pm at Haydock under Clifford Lee for owners, Alison Walker and Sarah Cousins. I am really looking forward to the season ahead with him. We had a great year last year!
We had a good evening last night at Carlisle with our 6 runners. FLORIDA FILLY ran a cracking race for 4th in the 4.40pm under Andrew Mullen for owner, Mr Jimmy Fyffe. A brilliant result and a very exciting horse for the future! MINTNTHAT got a respectable 7th in the 5.40pm, in a big race under Andrew Mullen for the Iain Jardine Racing Club. He ran a great race. Delighted with him. VAMOS CHICA finished 13th in the same race for Lets Be Lucky Racing under Jamie Gormley. Next up was SHOWMEDEMONEY and ST ANDREW’S CASTLE in the 7pm where we picked up a 3rd and a 5th. They both ran fantastic races, it was just unfortunate that SHOWMEDEMONEY was blocked by another runner and couldn’t make his way through! Regardless some great results and positive runs for Cool Jazz and Iain Jardine Racing Club. Our final runner of the day was PEARL WARRIOR in the 7.35pm who finished 4th in his field for Owners Group. Well done to all of yesterdays connections!
