No winners to write about this weekend but some fantastic photographs from Dennis Penny to promote! Pictured is The Farming Army’s STAGE POWER with Conor at Perth on Saturday. He has (literally) a few hurdles to cross before he’ll get his friend in front but patience is a virtue…or so the tell me!
I was impressed with GRACES QUEST debut at Haydock on Saturday night. She finished 5th in quite useful company. Owned and bred by Malcolm and Sue Johnson, she looks a sure winner in the right company.
KRAKEN POWER finished in the prize money at Redcar for Scott & Jimmy Fyffe for the 2nd time this week. We need the ground to ease for him.
our Leading Light 5yo NEW DELHI EXPRESS did nothing wrong at Hexham yesterday. He improves every time he runs and is learning.
We start this week with a visit from The Owners Group. Having a horse trained in Scotland has been a popular move for the syndicate and PEARL WARRIOR certainly isn’t short of fans! Having missed their annual visit last year, we’re looking forward to welcoming everyone back today.
No runners today but no less than 6 at Ayr tomorrow and 30 or so entries for the week ahead.
