Chilly start! The sun’s out but the wind brrr!
Camille Macdonald’s NUBOUGH ran a blinder last night at Ayr and we’re all delighted especially as Camille has been very patient with him! 2nd by a neck is painful though! I’m still pleased. You need luck on your side and I appear to be short of that at the minute!
Full credit to Ericka who has put a lot of work into “Kodi” at home, he’s her baby!
Toshack ran creditably too. I’m still getting to know her but I like the way she works at home and her attitude.
We have AW Jenkinson are here this morning taking photographs for their new brochure.
Marcia from Equine products popped in yesterday for a catch up, now she’s allowed out! She brought some goodies for the Team. They are always welcomed. Chocolate and hats, she never gets it wrong! The supplements we use are tailored to every horses specific needs and we’ve been using Equine products for 6 years or so now. We use them because they work! Marcia is great to work with which is a bonus!
No runners today but Voix Du Reve is off to Punchestown for his engagement in the 4.15pm on Thursday. Ellen and Shannon have taken him. Owned by D&D Armstrong and Mr Lee Westwood, he is competitive in the 2m Handicap Chase. Jordan Gainford is booked to ride and off top weight his claim is valuable!
Work day today and Conor is in so I’m off to spin a few round the grass.
