MERRICOURT delivered again! Another fantastic win for Allan Mcluckie who was able to spend a memorable, winning day in the Ayrshire sunshine with his family! Another fine ride from Andrew Mullen saw Merricourt back up last weeks’ win at the same track in possibly better style than 7 days ago!
Only 20 minutes earlier, we watched Conor give Ailie Tullie’s ANIMORE a beautiful ride round Cartmel in the Novice Chase. Conor say patiently on her, never trying to catch the run away winner and she finished with juice in the tank and running on for 3rd, only beaten 3/4 length. A much improved round of jumping and the recent wind op has clearly given her the confidence she needed.
No runners today. Another early start to beat the heat. Andrew Mullen is in to ride work and there’s stables to pressure wash.
Yesterday was a great day for the Team. Well done.
